Stacy Steele Haddox, at the age of 47, gained her heavenly wings on December 3, 2017. On that day, angels came to guide her through Heaven's gates without pain or weakness. Stacy was a beautiful woman with three girls, Ali, Alyssa, and Abby Haddox, whom she loved deeply. She also leaves behind, to forever cherish her memory, her mother and father, Linda and Stanley Steele Sr., brother, Stanley Steele Jr., sister, Laurie Steele Dietrich, nieces, Morgan Dietrich and Ashley and Mallory Steele, and nephew, Garrett Dietrich. It is hard to accept that she is no longer here to warm our hearts with her kind and loving spirit, but gives us peace knowing she is now with her maternal grandparents, Elton and Mary Howell, paternal grandparents, LD and Winnie Steele, and her favorite aunt Lee in Heaven. We will gather for visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home 9595 Florida Blvd, in Baton Rouge, on Friday, December 8, 2017 from 1 to 2 pm with a graveside service to follow. One day we will all greet her with open arms in heaven, just as the Lord has to her. Your memory is a keepsake, with which we'll never part. God has you in his keeping, we have you in our hearts.

I will miss my former funny & crazy co-worker! I deeply regret not meeting for lunch sooner and always talking about it instead of just doing it. RIP... You will be missed!

There are so many words I wish I could say, but none of them will bring you back. You were my go to for advice and my life cheerleader, my favorite aunt and best confidant. The only way I am getting through this week is knowing you are finally at peace. I love you Aunt Stacy and I will miss you forever. Sleep peacefully my beautiful, sweet angel.
