Anite Gaudet, a loving sister, mother and grandmother, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Ochsner Iberville at the age of 88. She was a native and resident of Bayou Pigeon. Visitation will be at the Bayou Pigeon Heritage Center on Saturday, February 20th from 9am until Rite of Christian Burial at 11am celebrated by Rev. Al Davidson. Interment in St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church Cemetery in Pierre Part. She is survived by her children, Ernie Gaudet and wife Carla, Darlene Hebert and husband Ronald, Glenda Barlow and husband Francis and Charlene Hebert and husband Phil; sister, Anise Hebert; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and godchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Adeson Gaudet; parents, Emile and Onesie Hue Hebert; sister, Nellie Hebert; brothers, Wilbert and Gilbert Hebert; great grandchild, Ethan Rivet. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Steven Hebert, Bruce Gaudet, Brad Gaudet, Brenton Hebert, great grandsons, Ryan Gaudet, Chandler Hebert and Graham Rivet.
