Beverly Belle Bergeron Braud passed away at her home on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at the age of 96. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vivian and Joseph J. Bergeron; 6 sisters; 2 brothers; husband, John Elder Braud, Jr.; and 2nd husband, Ben R. Babin. She is survived by her children, Johnny Braud and wife Cathy, Leslie "Buddy" Braud, Connie Braud Heroman and husband Dorian, and Jody J. Braud and wife Missy; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow on the grounds of Resthaven Gardens of Memory. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Hearts of Hospice and Azalea Estates Assisted Living, where she was queen of crafting and led the rosary every week. She will be greatly missed! In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Shriner's Hospitals for Children.
