A resident of Plaquemine, LA, Carol Phillips passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Chateau D'ville Rehab & Retirement Center at the age of 74. Visitation Saturday, January 12, 2019, at St Mathew Baptist Church, 22910 Warren Street, Plaquemine, LA from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m. conducted by Rev. Nolan Carlin, pastor. Interment in Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery. She is survived by one daughter, Sherri Phillips White; two sons, Donald (Pinkie) Phillips Jr. and Cecil Philips; four sisters, Mildred Elphage, Sharon (Kenneth) Breaux, Paulette Deloch and Katherine Osborne; two brothers, Sidney Deloch and Michael Osborne; nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
