Harris, Carolyn Faye
Carolyn Faye Harris transitioned her earthly life on Saturday, May 1, 2021, at her residence. Her parents were the late Edmond and Mary Warr Harris. She was a lifetime resident of Baton Rouge and a graduate of Baker High School. Carolyn's work career included the Department of Transportation and Development and Beechwood Elementary. She leaves to cherish her wonderful memories with her brother, Kenneth Wayne Harris, Sr. (Baton Rouge), sisters: Linda (Willie) Harris Lee (Denham Springs), and Valerie (Stephan) Pierre (Baton Rouge); a number of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends that she loved dearly and they loved her. Viewing at 9:00 am until religious service at 11:00 am on May 8th at New Light Missionary Baptist Church, 650 Blount Road, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70807, under the leadership of Dr. Gil H. Wright. Entombment at Southern Memorial Gardens, 3012 Blount Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70807.
