A native and resident of Baton Rouge, Ken passed away at home on Saturday, October 07, 2017 at the age of 65. Ken is survived by his wife of 38 years, Sue McCormick Bonacorso; daughter, Kimberly Bonacorso Seals; son-in-law, Justin Seals; beloved grandchildren, Bonnie Seals and Bradyn Seals; brother, Phillip Bonacorso and wife "Tootie" Bonacorso; nephews, Dean and Clint Bonacorso; nieces, Phyllis Politz and Cindy LaTour; his beloved four-legged companion, Reba; and numerous extended family members. He was preceded in death by his father, Sylvester "Bonnie" Bonacorso; mother, Reba Dulany Bonacorso; and brother, Randy Bonacorso. His doggie best friend, Sylvester, was waiting for him at the Rainbow Bridge. Ken proudly served his country as a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War and was employed for almost 30 years at the EBR Parish Clerk of Court's Office. After retirement, he worked for several years at Rabenhorst Funeral Home where he was respected and admired by all his co-workers for his kindness and dedication to his new profession. Graveside Services with Military Honors by the U.S. Navy Honor Guard are scheduled for 11 am on Friday, October 13, 2017 at Louisiana National Cemetery in Zachary. Visitation will be held at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd, on Saturday, October 21, 2017, from 9 am until a Memorial Service at 11 am.
