Doreen LeBlanc Landry, a native and resident of Pierre Part, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at her home on Thursday, February 18, 2021. She was a wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother who will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was an avid LSU fan! She enjoyed spending many days at the ballpark rain or shine! She also looked forward to spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter, Dawn Landry Kenworthy (Marcus); son, Rodd "Rocky" Joseph Landry II (Lynell); sister, Helena Rivere (Harold); brother, Dudley "Butch" LeBlanc (Georgina); three grandchildren, Taylor Lee Millines (Pitt), Aubree and Carli Kenworthy, Courtney and Sean Barber; and two great-grandchildren, Avah Barber and Colston Breaux; sisters-in-law, Regina Daigle, Harriet Michel (Jimmy) and Natalie Hebert (Randy), along with a host of nieces, nephews and godchildren. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 39 years, Rodd Joseph Landry, Sr; her parents, June and Jeanne LeBlanc; four brothers, Kenneth LeBlanc, Rogers LeBlanc, John LeBlanc, Jr., and Dewayne LeBlanc; and two brothers-in-law, Caffrey Daigle and Claude Landry. A memorial service will be held at Ourso Funeral Home in Donaldsonville on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 10 am until 1 pm.
