Frank Joseph "Coon" David passed away on February 6, 2019 at the age of 88. He was born in New Orleans in 1930 and lived his entire life in New Roads, LA. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a retired lineman for South Central Bell (AT&T). Frank loved fishing and squirrel hunting. He is survived by his son Stephen J. David and wife Connie, stepchildren Tracy Boudreaux and husband Clay, Debbie Worthy and husband "Spike," Marcy Sharp and husband E.J., George A. Hudson and wife Susan, Ella Hebert, Alvin J. Hebert and wife Connie. Also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by mother Ethel Bowman Lee, sons Frank J. David Jr. and Jess J. David, former spouses Bobbie, Rose and Darlene. A special thanks to all the concern and care shown to our pop, especially friends at LA Express No. 4 and staff at PCGH. Please consider making a memorial donation in his name to a Veteran's . Interment will be private. At his request, there will be no service. His remains will be buried by his mother at Roselawn Cemetery, Baton Rouge at a later date.
