Henry R. Guillaume passed away on Monday, January 7, 2019, at the age of 69. He was at The Carpenter House with his family by his bedside. He was a native and a life-long resident of Baton Rouge, LA. Henry attended St. Anthony Parochial School and in 1967 he graduated from Istrouma High. Henry enjoyed boating, water skiing, camping, bowling, cooking jambalaya, and boiling crawfish for the family and small and large groups that asked for his help. He was passionate about staying healthy and exercising daily. Henry is survived by his mother, Rita Guillaume; brother, James Guillaume and wife, Lisa; sisters, Joyce G. Chauvin and husband, Errol, and Rita Nettles and husband, Russell; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and long-time friend and companion, Lou Reynolds.
