Jacqueline "Jackie" Hawkins Pippins departed this life on Thursday January 7, 2021 at West Jefferson Medical Center. She was 65, a native of Thibodaux, LA and a resident of Riverdale, GA. Visitation on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Morning Star Baptist Church, 101 Brule Guillot Rd., Thibodaux, LA from 9:00 a.m. to religious services at 11:00 a.m. Burial in the church cemetery. Survived by her mother, Essie Washington; 3 sons, Lionell, Jr., Jason and Jermaine Hawkins; 2 daughters, Tabitha and Tammy Hawkins; 4 brothers, Charles, Sr. (Renette), Reginald, Lonnie and Daniel Washington; 3 sisters, Connie Adams (Leonard), Shelia Washington and Melanie Ourbe; 17 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Pippins; father, Lawrence Washington, Jr.; 1 sister, Lois Washington.
