Mr LeBlanc supervised my work at the Auditors Office when I was a student worker, in the late 60s. He was very polite and compassionate. God rest his soul and God bless his loyal family. Amen

May God bless the family in this time of sorrow. I worked with Jim at LSU from 1982 until his retirement.
