Karl Tassin Obituary

Karl Tassin, 63, of Prairieville, LA passed away at home on Saturday, August 25, 2018. He was preceded in the death by his father Robert J. Tassin. He is survived by his mother Lora Jean Helminger Tassin, his son Christopher John Tassin (Danielle), his wife Loretta Tassin, her son Alex Lenoir (Nikki), his siblings Denise Bolt (Buddy), Sidney Tassin (Cynthia), Lane Tassin (Dian), Gina Elliott (Mike), and James Tassin (Lee Ann), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Karl graduated from Bolton High School, Alexandria, LA. Attended the University of Louisiana at Monroe, LA. He was an active member and Lector at St. Gabriel Catholic Church. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, September 22, 2018, at 10:00 am with visitation beginning at 9:00 am at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, St. Gabriel, LA. Reception to follow in the Family Life Center.
