Larkin Dolph Lay, 77, a native and resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on February 10, 2019. He retired from the Department of Transportation and Development after 30 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Larkin and Camille (Stabiler) Lay. He is survived by his wife, Justine Adele (Lemoine) Lay; daughters, Erika (Ryan) Quinlan and Angela (Marvin) Mayeaux; and grandchildren, Bailey Katherine Quinlan, Colin Patrick Quinlan, Molly Elizabeth Quinlan, Madison Claire Quinlan, Eleanor Michele Quinlan, Paige Leigh Mayeaux, Dylan Paul Mayeaux, and Dustin Cade Mayeaux. Pallbearers will be Jeff French, Randy Weishar, Ron Calvaruso, Colin Quinlan, Dylan Mayeaux and Dustin Mayeaux. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 from 11AM until service time at 12PM. Burial will follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park.
