Lionel Spicer, a native of Baton Rouge, LA was born July 30, 1958 to the late Frank Park, Sr., and Thelma S. Parker. He departed this life on March 1, 2019. He is survived by his mother, Thelma S. Parker, sisters, Melba Wilkerson, Thelma Griffin, and Bennie Mellion; brothers, AJ Banks, Frank Parker, Jr., Randy Parker, Anthony Dunn, Johnell Dunn, and Juan Parker. Religious services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Elm Grove Baptist Church, 1069 North 38th Street, Baton Rouge, LA. Visitation: 10:00. Reverend Errol Dominigue, officiating. Arrangement entrusted to Carney-Mackey Funeral Home.
