Louida Theresa Landry Albarado, passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2018, at Assumption Healthcare and Rehab in Napoleonville. She was 92 and a native of White Castle. She loved sewing, making quilts and crocheting. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Morales and companion Kenneth Breaux; 2 grandchildren, Bonnie Knobles and husband Bill, and Chad Morales and wife Chasity; 4 great-grandchildren, Evan Gaudet, Alyssa Gaudet, Claire Morales, and Anna Morales; and brother, Loles Landry Jr. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reno Albarado; son-in-law, E.J. Morales Jr.; parents, Loles Sr. and Harriet Landry; brother, James Landry; and a sister Vertile Cavalier. Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Church, White Castle from 8:30 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am. Interment to follow in the White Castle Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chad Morales, Bill Knobles, Ernest Landry, and Wayne Landry. We want to extend a special thanks to Dr. Bolotte and his hospital staff, the staff of Assumption Healthcare and Rehab and to Journey Hospice for their care and support. Ourso Funeral Home, White Castle in charge of arrangements.
