So sorry to hear Lou has passed away. Worked with him at The Varsity Shop back in the 60s and enjoyed him a lot. May the Lord comfort you during these days.

Louis (I never called him “Lou”) was my across the street neighbor throughout LaSalle Elementary, Westdale Junior High and BRHS. we spent a lot of time playing in his front yard. Especially tag football which I loved. As a girl it was the only football I ever played and taught me a lot about the game. In Junior High we both went on the big trip to Mexico with Mrs. Goodman’s Spanish Class. We were a handful, but she handled it well. He was a great guy and I valued his friendship. RIP my friend.
