Cousin Lucile, is what I was told to call her as a child, her low tone voice, Beautiful smile, elegant dress style, would light up a room with her presence . Such gracefulness is disappearing these days. To the Family, I pray for comfort and peace in your loss.... for strength when the days are long and the assurance of God’s faithful love.

Johnny (Lucille's chosen brother) and I are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear sister and friend. So many fond memories were made over the years as we shared life experiences together. Lucille was a beautiful lady (inside and outside) with a heart of pure gold. One of my fondest memories of her was that she carried me and her sister, Mary, to Southern University's Freshmen Complex on our first day of college. She made sure we were all settled in before she left us. Her "brother" and I loved her dearly and she will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Family, hold on to the fond memories made with this beautiful soul who touched so many lives in so many ways. Rest in peace, "Cille". ❤
