Marie Alice Giordano, a native of Lakeland and resident of Fordoche, she passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2020 at 4:41 am at The Crossing at Clarity Hospice. She was a former caretaker and retired from Pointe Coupee General Hospital. She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Aucoin (Mark), Chastity Daigle (Todd); grandchildren, Laila, Logan and Ciara Aucoin, Tyson and Alyse Daigle, sister, Lucille Roubique. She is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Giordano, Jr.; grandson, Landon Giordano; parents, Ferdnand and Noelie Pourciau; sister, Anna Belle Melton; brother, Ferdnand Pourciau, Jr. A private graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 6, 2020 at 11 am at St. Francis Cabrini Cemetery in Livonia. Pallbearers were Jason Giordano, Logan Giordano, Logan Aucoin, Mike Jarreau, Lloyd Jarreau, Jr. and Jed Roubique. Honorary pallbearers were Willie Roubique III, Brett and Jake Roubique.
