Maxie Fair Obituary

Maxie Ann Fair, native and resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on October 5, 2021, one day before her 82nd birthday. She is survived by her brothers, Canton P. Seitz III and wife Mary, and Don Jay Seitz and wife Gail. Maxie was always well dressed and put together from head to toe. She thoroughly enjoyed going to the jewelry show with her friends and she had jewelry to match every outfit she wore. She and her late husband were avid plant lovers and had beautiful plants and flowers around their home. She cherished the time she spent with her family and their many friends as they made wonderful memories. She is preceded in death by her adoring husband Percy, her parents Canton P. and Sadie Seitz. Interment will be private at Roselawn Cemetery. Rabenhorst East is in charge of arrangements. Maxie's family would like to thank her loyal caregiver Veronica Hayes, Always Best Care and Compassus Hospice for her care. The family welcomes condolence cards, etc. to be sent to their home or in care of the funeral home.
