A resident and native of St. Gabriel, LA, departed this life on Monday, October 29, 2018 at The Crossing at Clarity Hospice in Baton Rouge, LA. He was 84. Visiting at Hambrick's Family Mortuary, Gonzales, on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 5PM to 7PM; and on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Mt. Bethel Baptist Church, Carville, LA, from 10AM until service time 11AM conducted by Pastor Alfred Thomas. Interment in church cemetery. He survived by his two sons: Tellis T. Abram of Gonzales, LA and Kendall T. Abram of St. Gabriel; a devoted friend, Edith Mae Frazier; six grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, two sisters and one son.
