Priscilla Anne Dixon Hebert (Prissy), a native of Oak Grove and resident of Gonzales passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019 at the age of 78. She was a graduate of Dutchtown High School and Spencer Business College. Priscilla worked at the Bank of Gonzales for 37 and a half years where she eventually earned the title of Assistant Vice President. She retired from LNSB Bank in Donaldsonville. Priscilla is survived by her husband of 59 years, Gerald Hebert, Gonzales; one daughter and son-in-law, Angelique and Gregg Gaudin, Gonzales; one grandson, Cole Michael Gaudin, Gonzales; one brother, Patrick Dixon and two sisters-in law, Cheryl Dixon and Pam Dixon and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, E. D. and Blanche Dixon and one brother, William Keith Dixon. Pallbearers will be Cole Gaudin, David Dixon, Bryan Dixon, Don Dixon, Bill Dixon and Michael Dixon. Honorary pallbearers are Lyman Abadie, Billy Guillory, Charles King, Chandler King and Melvin Hebert. Special thanks to the following who have helped care for her: Christian Bourgeois, Melissa Bourgeois, Nurse Shelby, Cindy St. Romain, Carolyn Sholar, Linda Gautreau, Kippi Gautreau, Melvin Hebert and all of our friends and family members who have helped carry us along the way during this time. Visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday night, January 13, 2019 and Monday morning, January 14, 2019 at 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at Ourso Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Cornerview Cemetery.

We were all so Blessed to know and Love Aunt Prissy. She was a Beautiful woman inside and out and she will be missed by all who knew her. Hugs and kisses to Uncle Gerald, Angie, Greg and Cole. I will never forget when we were leaving their house or they were leaving our house from inside the car we motioned with our hands to our mouth and said, B Y E.....
