He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, a native of White Castle, Louisiana, and a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. On Wednesday, February 24, 2021, a walk-through will be held at the New Christ Land Baptist Church, 5685 Robertson Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. where Pastor Nolan pastored for 28 years faithfully.
