Shane Patrick Bordelon, a resident of Ventress & native of New Orleans, passed away Monday, August 6, 2018 at his home at the age of 59. Graveside Service Friday, August 10, 2018 2:30 pm at Louisiana National Cemetery 303 West Mt. Pleasant Road Zachary, LA. Conducted by Pastor Jimmy Womack. He is survived by his wife, Betty Jo Bordelon; a son Mark Bordelon; his mother Barbara Bordelon; two brothers Brent, Kerry & wife Rita; two sisters Mona Dexter & Sharon Bordelon; a nephew Jacob Hemens. A countless other nieces & nephews. A special thanks to Susie, Jacob, & Shari for the loving care they gave Shane. Professional Service Entrusted to A. Wesley Funeral Home of Maringouin.

Shane was a long time friend and truly a wonderful person so sorry for your loss. I find comfort in knowing he is home with our Lord and Savior no more suffering. Thoughts and prayers for the family in this time of loss.
