Vivian Torrence Prophet entered into eternal rest at Ochsner Medical Center-West Bank on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. She was a 69 year old native of Bogalusa, LA and a resident of Harvey, LA. Viewing at New Pilgrim B.C., Zachary, LA on Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 8-9:45 am; due to covid-19 restrictions a private service will be conducted by Rev. Derrick Williams; interment at Bogalusa Cemetery. Survivors include her loving son, Brian Lampton, Sr.; siblings, Ervin Torrence, Jr. (Cora), Lorman, MS; Edwina Sibley, Zachary; Robert Torrence (Rhonda), Liberty, MS: and Patricia Torrence, Baton Rouge, LA: sister-in-law, Debra Torrence, Denham Springs, LA; grandsons, Brian Jr. and Jared Lampton; and Gabriel Ned; nieces, nephews other relatives and friends; preceded in death by her husband, Willie J. Prophet; parents, Ruth and EJ Torrence, Sr.; brother, Melvin Torrence and brother-in-law, Murkel Sibley. Arrangements entrusted to Miller & Daughter Mortuary.
