This is a late submission, but hopefully still timely. Bill was my freshman and 2nd year architectural design prof. He introduced me to design and challenged me; 'examples are not solutions' was a recurring comment and lesson. Don't look in the magazines, create your own designs. 'Less is more' - find the simplest, least complicated answer. His words ring in my head every time I work on a new project. Many thanks, Bill !

Bill's friendship was very meaningful to me. He was kind and supportive and generous. Every Christmas I put up the sculptural Christmas tree he gave me and the ornaments. Much love to you all. May you know peace and comfort.

It was saddening to hear that Bill had died. In the early 70's a was student in Professor Jensen's Design Studio while studying Architecture at LSU. My Deepest Sympathy to Nancy and the Family. Bill was instrumental in preparing me for a Profession in Architecture and for that I am in respect. It was nice to see that he had a long varied career. We also shared an interest in Historic Preservation.....Terry Kile, Philadelphia, PA
