Wilson Joseph Leonard, Sr., 73, was born on May 24, 1947 to the late Willie Leonard and Lucy Eliska Boyd in New Roads, Louisiana. He accepted Christ and was baptized in the Catholic Faith at an early age. On February 13, 2021, the Lord called him home. Wilson is survived by two sons, Wilson Leonard, Jr. and Devon Stewart, four sisters, three brothers and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and family members. He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters. A Catholic Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Winnfield Funeral Home to honor and celebrate the life of Wilson.
