John Leroy Glaser Jr., a native and resident of Livonia, La passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2020 at the age of 63. John was a fuel truck driver for Suncoast Resources associated with the railroad. He enjoyed spending time with his family and in his spare time, he loved scrapping with his sons. He had a passion for his cattle and horses, and above all he was a devoted Christian. A graveside service will be held at Cottonwood Cemetery in Lottie, La on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 11:00 am. John is survived by his wife of 24 years, Brenda David Glaser; sons, Chris Glaser and Jacob Glaser; granddaughter, Breelyn Glaser; brothers, Keith Glaser (Stephanie) and Shane Glaser (Alicia); sisters, Dian Mougeot, Janice Tillotson (Wilson) and Melinda Glaser; brother-in-law, Jim Lane; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, Myrtle and John "Pete" Leroy Glaser Sr.; sister, Debra Lane. Pallbearers will be Chris Glaser, Keith Glaser, Shane Glaser, Brennon Glaser, Durand Eaves, and Jim Lane.
