Memories and Condolences
for Mildred Futrell

Not sure what to say?

Futrell Family, Our sincerest condolences in the loss of your precious mom. We lived behind your mom and dad in Pineville for a number of years, and they were both such kind and caring people. After the loss of your dad, Mildred carried on beautifully, and we loved her as both a neighbor and a friend. She expressed her love for everyone in her sweet acts of kindness, and she had such a great sense of humor. I know she will be remembered with fondness by everyone who knew her. Dear Sweet Family of Mildred Futrell,
You mother was one of the most beautiful people I ever knew as she was always well dressed and kept herself looking good but she was beautiful with her radiant and cheerful spirit of the Lord when she related to anyone. She always made me feel special and I think that is a gift from God. I had a previous appointment that I could not change as I did not know of her death until I read it in the paper on the day of the funeral. I went to the funeral home but they told me you were still at the church. May God comfort and bless all of you with His love and care. I appreciated all that she and your wonderful dad did for the city of Pineville and our FBC. I found out since my husband's death that His grace is sufficient and I know you know that but it still hurts when you lose a loved one. She was so proud of all of you. Love in Christ, Gloria Hearn

Dear Sandra and Family,
I am so sorry about the loss of your precious mom. I would have most definitely gone to support you Friday, but I missed checking the Town Talk's Obituary website. None of us want to lose a parent, but not only did she leave you and your family many wonderful memories, but she also left the communities great examples. She was a role model everywhere. Her legacy will live on within each person's heart and mind. What a great tribute to her! My prayers for healing that only God's peace can give, will be with you & your family in the days and months ahead.
