Dear Fran, Anne and Susan. I am so sorry it took me all these years to be in touch. My great Grandmother was Teme Leah (Tamar) Edelman- Chanka Kirsnianski from Israel (daughter of Gedalia Edelman) told me about your family when I visited her years ago (In the 1970's). But it took me all these years to get interested in family genealogy. It looks like I just missed meeting a wonderful member of the family. I am so sorry for your loss. Recently I visited the old family shtetle in Narevka Poland where our families came from. Have any of your family worked on the geneology. If so I would really love to be in touch. Tamara (yes I am named after Teme). [email protected]
May you be deeply comforted and celebrate your beloved husband and fathers memory all the days f your lives.

To my dearest Ann, I never had the pleasure of meeting your father, but knowing you, and meeting your mother, can only give me a glimpse of the man that was the mentor and inspiration of the Edelman family. My heart and my prayers are with all of you at this time... With much love, Duke Daigle

Friendly and indefatigable, 95 years was just not enough. I will miss the delight in his eyes when demonstrating his electronic 'toys' and especially when he made espresso for all his guests.
