Cecil Lynn Milligan, a native of Walker and resident of Denham Springs, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2016, at the age of 76. He was a retired mechanic with Wooddale Trucking, and an employee of RC Cola/7up. Cecil is survived by his wife Carol Hill Milligan; son, Lynn Milligan; daughters, Dana, Amy, Laura & Mary Milligan; Bernie Thames, Kathy Rohadus; sisters, Bonnie Beisley & Mary Jadlot; brothers, Don & Lawrence Milligans; as well as 23 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents Samuel R. and Atha Green Milligan; first wife, Mary Lou Latil Milligan; as well as his brother Carl Milligan. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the visitation on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at the chapel of McLin & Manley Funeral Home from 2:00P.M. until the service at 4:00P.M. Rev.
