Bergeron, Mervin Paul A retired heating and air conditioning repairman, he died at 8:05 p.m. Tuesday, July 11, 2006, at his home in Denham Springs. He was 70, a native of Houma and a U.S. Army veteran. Visitation at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, on Thursday, July 13, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., with recitation of the rosary at 7 p.m. Visiting resumes at the funeral home on Friday, July 14, from 10 a.m. until service in the chapel at noon, conducted by the Rev. Vincent Dufresne. Burial in Resthaven Gardens of Memory in Baton Rouge. He is survived by his wife, Betty Ann Comeaux Bergeron; four daughters and a son-in-law, Joline and Keith Anzalone, Nora Estes, Damona Jozwiak and Angela Hunt; two sons, Mervin Bergeron Jr. and Tony Robison; sister, Marie Pastorick; brother, Irvin Bergeron; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, Damon Walter Sr. and Nora Marie Moore Bergeron; son-in-law, Terry Hunt; former wife, Margaret Bergeron; brothers, Adam, Walter, Wilson, Leroy, T.J. and Damon Bergeron Jr.; and sister, Rose May Brien. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denham Springs.
