Charles & I have been friends since 1979, meeting @ LSU, many visits to New Orleans when he moved there & many late night phone calls & texts talking about friends, about our loving God & family. We tried not to discuss the actual illness that would eventually send him to Heaven. He was a man of God and friend to so many. I adored him & his friendship & admired his loving dedication to his large family. I'll miss you, Charles. Rest in heaven, make everyone there laugh & smile just as you did here on earth. Blessings to his family & thanks to Terry for notifying me of his death. ([email protected]).
