It was truly a pleasure to meet someone as beautiful as Bernadine inside and out. When she would pay her taxes and talk with me. She never let anything get her down. She always had a smile on her face. She always kept faith in God she always said he knows what's best. I will truly miss her. Keep God first family just as she did. Be strong.
