Billy Gene Bailey, born January 12, 1958, departed this life on October 4, 2021 at Legacy Nursing Home. He was a resident of Baton Rouge, LA. He was a graduate of Scotlandville High School class of 1976 and worked at Chevrolet Dealership in 1970s. He is survived by 2 sisters, Marion Bell Brown and Chris Faye Butler (David), and a host of relatives. Preceded in death by his mother and father, Dorothy Mae Bailey and Joseph Kleinpeter; grandparents, Rev. John E. and Lillie Allen Bailey; son; brother, Morris Brown, Sr.; sister, Betty Brown and a host of relatives. Visitation Friday, October 15, 2021 9:00 am until 10:30 am, Hall's Celebration Center, 9348 Scenic Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA. Graveside service at 11:00 am, Southern Memorial Gardens, 3012 Blount Rd., Baton Rouge, LA. Pastor Clee Lowe officiating. Funeral services entrusted to Hall Davis and Son. www.halldavisandson.com
