When I got up yesterday morning I said to myself, I wonder how Mrs. Thornton was doing and I remembered Sullivan Jr. and said to myself I am going to find his number and contact them. Little did I know Mrs. Thornton had passed on.
Family, I know it is hard and death is nothing we will ever get used to, but you all were so blessed to have you dear sweet mother for many years. I pray your strength. After visiting and being in the room next to you all at the hospital during the same time as you all were with your mother I saw and felt the love you all had for your mother. May God give you the peace and strength you all will need to make it through the low times. Remember the wonderful times you all had with your loved one. From what I could see you were there for your mother and you did all you could for her. Let that give you all some conciliation.
You all are in my prayers and thoughts.
Take your rest Mrs. Thornton; we are all on our way.
May God continue to bless this family. Keep your eyes on the Prize.
