Helen Hollins, a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, departed life on Sunday, September 30, 2021 at St. Clair Manor at the age of 102. She was a native of St. Gabriel, LA, Visiting at Hambricks Family Mortuary on Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am with graveside following at Roselawn Memorial Park at 12:00 noon. She is survived by two sons, Reginald (Lynn) Kelly and Michael (Jackie) Ambeau; two brothers, Jules (Bernice) Hollins and Honorable Judge Melvin (Virginia) Hollins. Five grandchildren, Chad (Veronica) Smith, Mychelle (Donald) Derosin, Michael J. (Evelyn) Ambeau, Jordan A. Ambeau, Jacquelyn A. Ambeau and Courtney and Ryan Cannon whole she embraced as her grandchildren. Nine great-grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, six sisters, and one brother. Hambricks Family Mortuary in charge of arrangements.
