Percy M. O'Neal, 73, passed away on January 3, 2022 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, Percy O'Neal and Mary Ann O'Neal; brother, Jack O'Neal. He is survived by his children, Timothy O'Neal (Angela), Anna O'Neal Bordelon, and Mary Elizabeth O'Neal; grandchildren, Reagen Bordelon, Bryce Bordelon, and Garrett Bordelon. Before retiring as a Captain in 2007, Percy served as a Baton Rouge City Police Officer for 32 years. He was a fun loving and comical person to be around who was passionate about his job, fishing, and hunting. Other passions of his were motorcycles and hot rods. He was a fun loving and comical person to be around.
