Priscilla "Prissy" Lynn (Mayfield) Milligan, 66, of Walker, LA, passed away peacefully on the morning of Sunday, September 9, 2018. A beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was a 1970 graduate of Broadmore High School. She retired from Louisiana State University after 30 years of working in numerous science departments within the campus. Prissy enjoyed the simple pleasures of life like chatting with friends and family and spending quality time with her grandkids. She was always a good listener, a friendly face, and a warm soul. Prissy was a wonderful woman that was loved, is missed, and will forever be cherished. She will forever be remembered by her loving husband of 48 years, Joseph Milligan; her 3 children, Christopher (Patricia) Milligan, Crystal (Brik) Gauthier, and Brandon Milligan; her 4 grandchildren, Brittney, Brianna, Paisley, and Kaleb; and her 2 brothers, Ronnie (Theresa) Mayfield and Scott (Kristen) Mayfield; Brothers-in-law Gary (Ruth) Milligan, George (Carmalite) Milligan, Tommy (Maria) Milligan, Natt Milligan Jr. and father-in-law Natt Milligan Sr. along with a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank Jr. and Margaret (Seagrave) Mayfield, and her brother, Kent Mayfield. A celebration of Priscilla's life will be held on the evening of Friday, September 14, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at Seale Funeral Home, 1720 S Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA 70726.
