To the Cleveland family, siblings, all his love ones & friends.

Keeping all of you in my thoughts & prayers.
Skipper was a friend of mine, attended the same school & also grew up in a near by neighborhood.

I have great memories of Skipper being so kind, friendly & always with a smile upon his face.

Skipper will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing.
